We ship USPS only (Not Fed Ex nor UPS) first class mail, priority, or express. International orders are shipped airmail or global priority. We do ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. Please allow 48 hours for email confirmations regarding your order. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed as we process your order promptly. Please review your order and choose the appropriate shipping charge. We cannot refund shipping charges once the order has shipped. We accept returns in new condition only within 60 days of purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges, only the price of the product when returned to us. Once we receive your return your money is refunded promptly within 1 business day via Paypal. Please note some zip codes may not be able to ship Express mail (ex APO). If ordering Express on a Friday please note your order may not arrive for 2 business days due to the weekend. International shipping times can range from 10 business days to 2 weeks for delivery due to customs.
